***Once in a life- time***

On the 23rd October 2011 everyone everywhere was preparing for a once in a life- time game at Eden Park. While the players were preparing for their game my family and I hopped in the car and drove away as quickly as we could into the city.

Once we were there we saw streets packed with mountains of people more than I have ever seen in my life. Everyone was drinking, screaming and having a lot of fun. I was walking around with my head in the clouds watching everyone in amazement but my fun ended when my mum pulled me closer to her so I wouldn't get lost.

The game was about to begin and my family and I quickly ran to the bar so that we wouldn't miss a second of the exciting game live.

They started of with a national anthem from France then it was New Zealand. You could hear everyone singing the national anthem with France and New Zealand. It was emotional!
Then came the best bit of all (The Haka), I loved the way they performed with pride and strength and it was the best part for me.

New Zealand started the game off with a kick and within a heart-beat the All Black players were racing off just to catch that small ball. The players were trying their best to play using all their strength. They were like lightning strikes zooming right out of the sky. I loved the way the two teams played against each other with strength instead of anger.

Well that was until the next World Cup occurs. My favorite part of the game was the haka and always the haka. The All Blacks have brought the Webb Ellis Cup back home. I am really proud of the way New Zealand All Blacks played.
